Thank you for reporting this issue to the City of Jersey City. This is an old request and for the most part it might have been resolved; if not; please reopen it with a more specific detail description. Ex: Is it a stop sign, street cleaning sign, pedestrian sign, is it faded, does it has graffiti, etc. Is the stump still present. Once we receive; we will resolve it ASAP. Happy Holiday's as we prepare for the winter months. Thanks again..
