The "Outdoor Advertising Control Act" prohibits this type of sign from being posted on utility poles and they can be removed. I will call the company and advise them to remove the signs.

I called the the number and the gentleman who answered the phone said that he does not have any connection to the signs or the advertisement. The signs can be removed.
