Resident is calling to complain about the treatment that she received when she visited the office of Parking Code Enforcement. This is the third time she has gone to the office today and she is looking to get a parking permit. Because she lives in a condo building that has inadequate parking spaces for the amount of units, there are only 2 spaces but there are 8 units in the building. Resident has a permit that recently expired and is seeking to get a current one. The workers at Parking Code treated her and her husband badly. Resident's husband was on his phone trying to get the building management to e mail a letter explaining the situation. Woman at the desk at Parking Enforcement accused him of trying to lie and fabricate a letter and said that they will NEVER be allowed to receive a parking permit in Jersey City. Resident is very upset by the bad customer service and the false accusations.
