This individual claims that he did not receive his annual permit renewal application in the mail. When I contacted the PARKING AUTHORITY, they said the system has been down due to the move to the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY. That is the reason they weren't able to mail those applications, like they did before the move. I informed him that I would personally mail him a application for his zoned parking permit and that is exactly what I did today.
