Since Sunday, 7/3 someone left a rectangular black planter, with a dead squirrel in it, at the curbside in front of 337 York st. It smells terrible, there are flies everywhere. Can this be removed, because it appears the person who placed it there expect the garbage men to take it on sunday evening, but they didnt.

This is a duplicate issue. Also it appears the person who placed it there put it all in a garbage bag for trash collection this Wednesday evening. Hopefully the garbage men will hall it away now that is is bagged.
