Chinese restaurant on the first floor of this building is doing construction without permits. They have been doing electrical work and have blown all of the circuits in the building several times. They bring large equipment (refrigerators, freezers, etc) into the basement in the middle of the night and have all of the circuits overloaded. This is very dangerous to the entire bulding.

They also have their workers parked in front of building at the bus stop waiting for their delivery preventing buses to unload passengers.
