Tree needs to be removed because it is causing damage to the residence by infiltrating the water/sewer line and damaging the sidewalk. It is also entangled in the electrical wires.

I visited the location and the electric conductors have operational clearance.
Constituent will have to provide Parks & Forestry with proof that the tree is causing damage to the utilities, such as a bill from a sewer company or plumber stating there are roots in the line. Without proof, the tree can not be removed.
Tree was removed 11-17-2016.
Tree was removed 11/17/2016. Stump will be ground when owner opens sidewalk.
