Resident is a property owner and says that her neighbor at 86 Boyd ave. ( the boyfriend of the property owner Maria Desousa ) knocked down a fence but apparently went into the residence backyard. The houses are attached and the resident said that the property owner knocked a pole from her backyard and placed it in his girlfriends property. Also the resident showed me documents that she hired a land surveyor who says that the property owner owns 2 ft. from the back only. Resident says that the property owner had enough space removing the fence . This might be a court matter In which the resident is well aware of and also understands that the RRC does not get involved.

Resident has to make her decisions on how she would like to proceed. This will become a court matter in which the the RRC does not get involved.
