On the corner of Bowers and Palisade Avenue there are two trash cans. One has a bag and I have attached a picture of the one that does not. Why is that? Also, if someone corrects this, please make sure they put the trash currently in the can in the bag. I have seen them put the bag on top of existing garbage in the past. Thank you.

The reason for the bag to be the bin is residents throw there apartment garbage inside. unfortunately this why the garbage gets over loaded.

Unknown household items garbage thrown in the bin . If they get caught they will be fine !
I'm sorry that my question was not clear. I wanted to know why the liner was missing from this trash can. Other cans have a plastic bag inside them for the trash and this one does not.
Oh lol Im sorry I will definitely make sure that put la plastic bag inside. They always have a bag .
I just contacted the Division of Sanitation. I explained to him about the problem he statedhe will have a inspector on route to make sure they put a plastic bag in.

they are waiting for the bin plastic bags ti come in!
