The City of Jersey City does not have control over Lincoln Park which falls under the jurisdiction of the County of Hudson. Their parks department can be reached at 201-913-1388.

Called Hudson County Parks Department. They said they have no idea when that will be completed. Could the city get a timeframe as to what is going on right now and when the thing will be completed.
