Spoke with complainant who did not report animal cruelty. Complaint is feces not being picked up, smell. Previous visit 6/2 did not confirm report of waste and smell but did find two unlicensed Mastiffs, warning issued. Follow up visit for this new complaint and dog licensing.

Multiple visits have not seen feces problem. resident at 112 Brown says dogs are usually traveling with him and seldom in JC. Resident awaiting proof of licensing in mail from permanent residence.
