Restaurant at this location, Mi Mariachi, had people in there ordering single tacos, and the menu shows the price for a single taco. Resident has frequented this restaurant before and ordered a single taco. Today he was told he would be served unless he ordered a minimum of 4 tacos. He is caucasian and feels that this is discriminatory since the other patrons who were Hispanic were being served single orders. Resident also feels that if he were no white this would be a very big issue.

Commerce reassigned this to Health, but heath department said that this is a Consumer Affairs issue and that the constituent should call Hudson County Consumer Affairs, 201-795-6000, is the main number for Hudson County, they can connect you to Consumer Affairs.
