Resident states that there was construction being done at the above location. Resident says that last night she parked her car on a " No parking Sign". Resident states that she moved her car this morning @ 8:00 am beyond a tree that was at the location then from that time 2 hours pass and when she returned to get her car , her car was gone. Resident called the East District and an officer there told her that there was no pick up of any vehicles. Resident also called the developers ( Gotham West Development ) @ (201 ) 360-3550 and was told that they also didn't have her car and to call the RRC.

P.E. Towed the resident car for " Emergency Signs Posted ". I called the resident and told her , her car was found , why it was impounded and where to get her car. Resident was upset but was glad to know where her car was.
