Tall grass or weeds

Maple Street, from the corner of pine to the corner of Monitor Has two large vacant lots on either side. Neither lot is properly maintained, both are often overgrown, filled with bugs and wildlife, and often covered in trash, as are the sidewalks in front of them. There are no trash or recycling receptacles on the street, something I have called the city about many times, which has resulted in people discarding items as small as candy wrappers and as large as air conditioning units. The sidewalks are also covered in dog waste, as local residents that refuse to clean up after their dogs have never been held account for their disregard of public policy. The sidewalk on one side is terribly cracked, overgrown, and bespectacled in glass from broken beer bottles (this is also a popular place for people to sit and drink beer in the middle of the afternoon, or to smoke pot). The other sidewalk is not even a sidewalk. It is a thin channel of asphalt, also cracked and covered in dog waste and trash. The empty lots are enough of an eyesore as it is, can we please do something about repairing or rebuilding the sidewalks here, and PLEASE get trash and recycling receptacles on all four corners?
