Looks like nothing changed. In fact the contractor just pulled the cones out even further just now.
I did sent a Parking enforcement Officer to the site yesterday but he did nothing for reasons of. I contacted the supervisor I explained to him
when the officer went to the area he maybe thought it was legal due to the No Parking sign posted next to the dumpster. I explained to him by the picture I see the dumpster was suppose to be where the signs are. He put the signs where the cons are so this why the Officer did not caught this.He is sending a supervisor as of now!
Now the contractor is parked there with no parking permit, cones still up. Thanks for your response though, hopefully this can get resolved.
Still no change, cones are still up, parking spots still illegally taken. Any updates from today?
I will call the supervisor that handle this morin complaint to let him know they did not fallow the rules from this morin as the supervisor requested.
I will personally handle with the director to explain the situation was not fallow.
Thank you Yolanda! Very appreciated. I really hope they get ticketed because they clearly don't care about the law/rules.
I just got off the phone with the enforcement supervisor I explained the situation we have been going though since yesterday .He is on his way himself over there. I stated to him that parking is limited over there & this is not fair for the residents that have to go though this.
