according to sdlportal permits were applied for on 4/16/2015 but they are still in plan review. tanks are already out of the ground and being cut into pieces.

sometimes the portal does not reflect the true scope of project but those permits were issued in april thank you for your notification

Isn't the property owner required to display the permit visible from the outside of the building? Please get the portal updated so that inspections can be tracked.
