Resident was given the application and where to send.
Requests to have the driveway stenciled with "no parking" should be directed to the Parking Enforcement Division, 201.206.8933.
As for the application for a reserved parking space, if there is a driveway or garage available to the disabled individual to park his/her vehicle, he/she may not be entitled to a reserved parking space.
