As per the inquiry below concerning allowing a Right Turn on Red at the base of the Ramps from Rt 139 Lower and JFK Blvd at Tonnelle Circle, this would not work as the right turn movement is a double lane right turn. A double right requires a dedicated movement or vehicles would conflict with the thru traffic. As the thru traffic is coming around the bend with sight restrictions this would be problematic. The 2016 Striping Project is scheduled to be awarded at the July 13th Municipal Council meeting. Soon thereafter the striping refurbishing will begin. As for the request for a speed hump, the petition may be obtained from the Residence Response Center.
